No Refunds After Services Are Performed

Due to the professional nature of the services we provide, all sales are final once a service has been initiated, performed, or completed..

Our fees compensate us for the professional time, expertise, administrative work, and resources required to perform each service.

Appointment

​

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

• Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled without an additional service fee, subject to availability.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without prior notification may result in forfeiture of any fees paid and may require a new appointment and payment.

Remote Online Notary Services

​

• Remote Online Notary services become non-refundable once the notarization session has begun.

• If a notarization cannot be completed because a signer fails identity verification, lacks proper identification, refuses to sign, or does not meet Florida's legal requirements for notarization, no refund will be issued.

 

Apostille Services

​

• Government filing fees, courier fees, shipping charges, translation fees, and other third-party expenses are non-refundable.

• Processing times are estimates only and are determined by the issuing agency or government office. M & K Xclusive Multi Services LLC cannot guarantee processing times or acceptance by any government agency or foreign authority.

 

Fingerprinting Services

• Fingerprinting fees are non-refundable once fingerprints have been captured, transmitted, or fingerprint cards have been completed.

• Acceptance of fingerprints is determined solely by the requesting agency. M & K Xclusive Multi Services LLC cannot guarantee acceptance or approval by any employer, licensing board, or government agency.

 

Tax Preparation Services

• Tax preparation fees are earned once work on your return has begun.

• Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Once tax preparation services have been initiated or completed, no refunds will be issued.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing their completed tax return before authorizing electronic filing.

Training Courses

​

Enrollment fees for tax preparation courses or other educational programs are non-refundable once course materials have been provided or instruction has begun.

We value every client and strive to provide exceptional service. If you believe there has been an error with your service, please contact us promptly. While refunds are generally not available, we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and resolve issues whenever possible.
